The Holiday Window Shopper Contest

2. Eligibility. "The Holiday Window Shopper Contest" (the “Contest”) is open to U.S. residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry and is restricted to residents that live in the Jacksonville DMA which consists of Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns and Union counties in Florida and Brantley, Camden, Charlton, Glynn, Pierce and Ware counties in Georgia. Employees of Multi Media Holdings Corp, Gannett States River Publishing Corp., WTLV-NBC12, WJXX-ABC25, First Coast News, Gannett Co., Inc., Walt Disney; and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible.

3. Entry. The Contest will begin Monday, November 12, 2007 and all entries must be received by 12 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2007. Enter by visiting the "The Holiday Window Shopper Contest" official registration page on the First Coast News website http://www.firstcoastnews.com and completing all of the required information and following all instructions. Submit your entry by clicking on the “SEND” button. Your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology, which may be used for the purpose of entry tracking. By entering you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive e-mails from Sponsor or those directed by Sponsor. You can opt-out of the receipt of such e-mails by following the directions on the Contest website or in any email received from Sponsor.

One (1) entry per person.

Multi Media Holdings Corp., Gannett States River Publishing Corp., WTLV-NBC12, WJXX-ABC25, First Coast News, firstcoastnews.com (“Sponsor”) will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any telephone connection, network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the “Contest”.
